HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

While our dedicated teams vigilantly ensure the fastest deliveries, the complexities of international shipping don’t allow us standard and fast shipping. We therefore, offer two classes of delivery:

7 business days “Express” delivery: This is available on select products sourced from major exporting countries / partner suppliers as well as products sourced from India.

21 business days “Standard” delivery: This is available on products sourced form countries and regions form where express shipping is not feasible.

While most of our products fall within the Express 7 day delivery, some products will be delivered within 21 business days. Our system automatically reflects the delivery time for each product and the same will be visible to you once you place the order. You, therefore, need not select any shipping method for any product or order, our system will take care of it automatically.

In some rare cases, there may be unforeseen extensive delays. However, our teams will be with you throughout the way to help you get your orders at the earliest.

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

You will get a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. Additionally, you will be able to track your order every step of the way.

ARE THE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF GST?

No, the prices displayed on the product page do not include GST. When you go to the cart page and the checkout page, the price of the products including the applicable GST is shown.

THE PRICE ON THE PRODUCT PAGE AND THE CART PAGE IS DIFFERENT? WHY IS THAT SO?

The price on the product page is the pre-tax price of the product. On the other hand, the price on the cart page is the price inclusive of applicable GST (5% for items priced up to ₹ 1,000 per piece and 12% for items priced greater than ₹ 1000 per piece) on that product.

ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?

No, we do not charge any delivery / shipping fee for any product for any order.

DO WE SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?

Right now, we don’t deliver items outside India. However, you can make a purchase from anywhere in the world as long as the shipping address is within India.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order on the Track Orders page. Simply enter the Order id (shared with your purchase) along with the billing email id and then click on the Track button. In case of any confusion, mail us the order details at

HOW CAN I REORDER AN ITEM?

You can reorder any product from your previous orders any number of times. Simply search for the product either from your Order history or from the Shop page, add it to your cart and place the order.

Note that in case a product has been discontinued / is out of stock, you cannot reorder it until it’s restocked by the respective supplier.

HOW DO I RETURN / EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Once a product has been delivered, no request for exchange / return will be accepted. This is because the products are sourced internationally and the complexities and hassles of international shipping and customs make it impractical for us to arrange a return / exchange.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

Any order, once placed and paid for, cannot be cancelled.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?

We strive to deliver the best quality standards. We understand the importance of receiving your high-end garments in pristine condition, and in the rare event of damage during transit or delivery, we are committed to promptly addressing your concerns. In case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 48 hours of delivery. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN ITEM DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

Although highly unlikely, in the event a different / wrong product has been delivered, we should be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to mail us a photograph and video description of the same at:

WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF DELIVERY CAN I RAISE AN ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT?

You can raise an issue with your delivered products within a maximum of 48 hours from the time of delivery. Any failure to intimate us within this time frame will result in failure to take corrective measures.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A DELAY IN DELIVERY?

We take all measures to ensure that the deliveries are on-time. While our dedicated teams vigilantly monitor each delivery, it’s crucial to acknowledge that international shipments may be impacted by external factors. MY ORDER IS TAKING MORE THAN 100 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

International shipping involves navigating various customs and border procedures, occasionally resulting in unforeseen delays. While our dedicated teams vigilantly monitor each delivery, it’s crucial to acknowledge that international shipments may be impacted by external factors. Although we take every measure to ensure every delivery is timely and correct, some orders can get extensively delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to deliver your high-end fashion treasures. In case of a delay in delivery of more than 100 days, the order shall be deemed cancelled and a refund shall be initiated according to the original payment method.

HOW CAN I GET A GST REBATE?

Right now, our system does not support business-to-business purchases and therefore, a GST rebate cannot be availed.

HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

A sizing guide is attached to every product which is specific to it. You can check out the size variations and chose the best fit for you. Note that the terminologies and sizes of products from some countries may differ from that of India, so order carefully. We recommend that you allow a margin of up to 2 centimeters as human error / variation in different countries’ sizes.

In case there is any confusion, simply order one size larger and get it altered locally.

MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PRODUCT. HOW CAN I GET MY SIZE?

We understand the disappointment of liking a product but not getting your fit. Since the products are sourced internationally and sourced from suppliers who are specific to their dimensions and domain, a size change would not be possible.

However, if you really need to get a particular product customised, we can contact the supplier/manufacturer on your behalf for the same. Note that this contact does not ensure that the product will be made available instantaneously. WHY IS CASH-ON-DELIVERY MODE OF PAYMENT NOT AVAILABLE?

The cash-on-delivery (COD) payment mode is available on select products only. Only the products which are sourced from Indian suppliers are eligible for COD. All other products can be purchased only after making the payment first-hand for your order.

WHY IS MY BANK’S CARD/ NET BANKING/ UPI NOT ABLE TO MAKE PAYMENTS?

While our partner payment gateways accept payments from most Indian banks, there may be some momentary issues with some banks or card companies. To ensure that these instance are reduced to the minimum, we have partnered with multiple payment gateways for your convenience. MY PAYMENT WAS STUCK/ CANCELLED OR MY TRANSACTION PAGE RELOADED AUTOMATICALLY/ FAILED TO LOAD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Although the chances of these chances occurring are next to zero, any failed transaction means that the order is not placed. So, you need to go back to the orders page, place the order and make the payment again. Also, be assured that failed transactions mean that the amount is either not deducted from your payment source or, if deducted, will be reversed as per bank guidelines.

MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WAS NOT PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

In most such cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to your account within 3-4 business days. In case it does not reflect in your account even after 4 business days, mail us the details of your transaction at:
